Attracting Foreign Investors

Project aimed to strengthening Ukraine's capacity to attract foreign investment. The Ukrainian Agency for Investments and National Projects (SAINPU) received technical and organisational support in the recruitment of foreign investors through a twinning project with Germany and Poland. Concept of a one-stop shop for investors was designed and experts of SAINPR were trained in managing such support point. STC director Juergen Raizner provided advice to the agency on developing a functioning project cycle management. A further topic was the introduction of standards for professional presentation of the 27 Ukrainian regions.
