Technology Transfer and Quality Management

For 2 years Jürgen Raizner was in charge to manage Technical Assistance in PHARE programme "Technology Transfer and Quality Management - TTQM" (Ministry of Technology and Research, Romania). Program was established to develop innovation oriented partnerships between enterprises in Romania and other EU countries.
